hello to all, I made a rubber ring closed to ring and (other than the first images showing them in flat/even) shaped (like the last image),
Now I should add some dowels that pierce a chevron (fish fly) and that repeat (the maximum would be that they "wrap") along the whole ring.

I tried in a way that, however, as you see, did not bring me far away, I would like to ask you an opinion to understand how you would do.

I also attach some pictures.

Bye.
I can't open the file, winzip gives me a mistake.
Could you put it back?

I tried, but swx makes me wrong.
can you really zip the file and post it again?

But you're never gonna be quiet for a second, huh?

you tried with coils? you will probably (say so.. by memory, I have not tried and have not yet looked at your file) divide the "development" in sectors and wrap only on curved parts (on flat faces not fused).
I don't think you have any problems creating "protuberances" and repeating them in step.

but every time, even for normalized/commercial, do you always want to create the model perfectly faithful to reality?

greetings
Marco:smile:

Hi.
winds go "almost" well: it works on everything except on my loft... :
It would be enough to project the sketch even on the loft... But how?
I'd like another system.

...eh eh eh, in realtà "I wish I could." because swx continues to disappoint. . (I adhere to the big shot) for how cool it is should allow me to rotate the tape with the protuberances that deform to every change of inclination and get the film... Maybe the ver.2054 sp.7...
I would like to make a realistic look at the products.

ps: Want to take a look at this easier too? :http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showpost.php?p=166740&postcount=17

laborious but excellent solution, well done!
You're looking for them, huh? You mean you have a less "labory" solution?
Ow! Reduction You have to turn it around (and I know you want it. . )
...well knowing me: (actually I didn't even think about it anymore) ...but look that maybe, thanks to the solution of the brake, I think I can do it, only as a simulation though...
If children fall asleep before the 10th fairy tale I want to try:wink:

... and instead not... I hoped it would be enough to set 2 different quotas to the sketch of the strips to "v" and add 2 different "diamants" in 2 different times inside study of movement and then make them calculate the whole...
does not show the button x calculate. . probably because they are in one part.. .
