transform quotas from inches to mm

Hello everyone, I have some technical drawings that have been sent from America and unfortunately all odds are written in inches. I tried with the 2.54 scale command, but the odds always remain in thumbs. I wanted to know if there is a way to make them turn into mm. autocad use 2011 and 2015. Thank you.

I have just seen now that I have drawings with different scales and so I have to change the style of that scale, while first I always modified the same stupidly.
