I made a hole table with the command "creates a tool drilling table with references in the current front view" but gives me double reference.
How do I make it unique?

I have a plate with a bit of holes and when I do the command "Table holes" does not give me the holes table..in attached I put an image of the problem in question. as you can see it gives me the header (name, type, symbol etc) but does not give me the next rows with the coordinates
