2009 autocad initialization error on view

Good morning to all ... I have a problem with autocad 2009
yesterday I bought a computer of the with fitted home view sp1 to work with autocad ... I did the installation and everything appropriate but then when I go to launch the program
I'm getting a fake mistake.

incorrectly initialized application (0xc0150004). click ok to close the application

and then it gives me the mess that autocadapplication stopped working

They told me that maybe it could be a fremwork problem... but I feel like I've put it right.

first try installing the upgrade 3 of autocad.

However in some discussions I read that the issue of autocad initialization 2009 on view (with error reporting 0xc0150004) was resolved with the installation of this hotfix for view:
kb961894 – vc++ post 2005 sp1 redistributable
