2d polylinear offset with fittings

hi, lately I happen that while performing an offset of a 2d polylinea, autocad replaces me with arches. I also checked the offsetgaptype system variable but it is set to 0.
the polyline in question is composed of only straight elements.
Has it happened to you? and how did you solve it?

Have you tried to build a second test polyline (also at home) and restore the offset command (with the offsetgaptype variable on 0)?
if the command works correctly then it is possible that the problem you encounter is due to how the first polyline was built. It's a chance that it's better to check.

in the title of your thread you have stritto "offset polylinea 2d with fittings".
What do you mean by fittings? is the polyline to which you intend to apply the offset include fittings? It is possible then that they are the ones to give the impression of an arc formation if said fittings are constituted by a series of small straights.

Hi.
I tried to build a second polylinea and it does not occur the problem.
instead of the joints I have arches. the polyline to which I apply the offset has no connection. is a polyline between points so it has only vertices.
I tried to explode the polylinea and create a new one, combining the lines obtained. so doing I do not get the fittings instead of the vertices.
