thinkdesign is a cad by now I think it's pretty unused and I don't think it's easy to find experienced and helpful people. Maybe the best thing is to check if there are "exercises" in the installation that allow you to take the first steps.
I see there's an e-learning page on the site, but it needs to be registered.
