3d blocks visible only in wireframe 2d

Hello everyone

I am really a beginner with the 3d so my problem may seem trivial to you but it is making me waste a lot of time. use autocad 2014. I saved a 3d block in a folder
outside the design but when I go to insert it in my drawing the block
is visible only in wireframe 2d mode and just change display style
disappear. I don't know if I've been clear enough, but I hope you can help me. .

I provisionally solved the problem by going to the island command, it shows all the objects in isolation, it is as if everything that I insert in the design is isolated, it is a bother to have to do it all the time but for now I managed to move on. Since I resolve this way, could it not be that I have set up some sort of setting that I do not know? also because the problem I have with all the files even those that previously worked smoothly. However I have attached a block, one sometimes they all do it:smile:

Is hardware acceleration activated? if you turn it off
