3d file reconstruction advice from scanning.

I would like some advice on the best method of rebuilding the attached file.
It is a file derived from a 3d scan.

Is there a way to insert reference plans to the center of geometry that I attached?

Take a look at the file I coach you, I put a terna (linee).
It's a step, so make sure you care about curves, I put a surface on your flight.

I don't see the curves, but later I'll try again and make the import again.
There are no plans at the center of geometry but it's all right.
