3d from reliefs made with laserscanner

Good evening,
I have recently started using laserscanner to make architectural reliefs and through the accompanied software, scenes, I process its cloud of points. I have enormous difficulties to get a 3d design with autocad starting from the cloud of points. would you give me some advice on how to proceed or on which software to use to edit and "recalcate" the cloud of points? ? ?
