I was trying to realize a 3d parametric lock of a slide using a simple escamotage, but I am stuck on the last aspect or on the width adjustment of the upper frame. how would you solve?

3d parametric blocks in autocad have huge limits and no one uses them. then you are free to do whatever you prefer, for charity, also use a pan to plant a nail because you do not want to buy a hammer.
If it's a job they commissioned you, it's another speech.

ok, however you are out of topic because the discussion is not to find the best software that already has the parametric blocks but to understand if there is solution to the problem highlighted.
The blocks are doing them for me and for those who will find benefit.
