Good morning.
I have an idea that I would like to develop where there are cables wrapped on a closed surface. These cables are connected to each other in defined points and each cable is in traction bound to the ends with a modulable and variable stress over time.
I would like to know if there is a 3d software that can help me in the assembly and simulation of the project.
I have inventor but it doesn't seem appropriate to define the cables. Otherwise how can I define them at best?
Is there a more suitable simulator than inventor to develop the idea? the structure must be studied dynamically and not statically and I have to change the materials or type of cable.
