3d soil creation

Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum, I have a problem in creating a 3d model.
I have to create the 3d of a plot starting from the points of altitude (posed all on the same plane z=0), I was wondering if with autacad there was the possibility to generate a tridimensiole model starting only from the points of altitude.
Or is there a progaramma that has this functionality?

if the points placed at 0,00 altitude have the text of the relative altitude of the ground you can use the procedure described in this post:
http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showpost.php?p=75815&postcount=2delete points (or turn off the layer) before launching the first procedure.

If the lyrics were too far from the points it would be best to move to their point of insertion.

I uploaded the lsp file from the command line, but when selecting the odds the program does not find objects.
Can you tell me if I did something wrong or report any other procedure?

isn't that your odds are attributes?

if so you could explode them with burst (expresstools).

if you have trouble trying to post a portion of dwg with some of these texts.
