3dmax - material routing

Bye to all,
for need I am trying to learn how to use max.
I did not find any hindrance in the construction, the only difficulty is to rotate on a face the sense of veining of my table.
practically after giving uvw to my solid, I select the polygon that I would like to change the direction of veins but I find nothing that can help me.....
Can you advise me??

the modifier uvw map allows to act only on the gizmo. selections in the stack and changes (rotation) will be made only on the texture
