Is there a list of options that I can activate by setting on in the ugii_env.dat file? this because I discovered, calling hot line siemens that is very simple, just activate on and the bar of that option appears. ...
but a program like nx6 should not already have everything by default without having to discover some "hidden" functions

If you go into the discussion 'environmental variables' you find some point: some activate-disable in the nozzle_env.dat, others you can activate-disable by setting them as variables. It's always been like that from the nozzles (you have to set in the env and then in the metric the views in drafting for example). the advice I give you is to study the nozzle_env.dat and the list of variables you find in the discussion, understand what you need and then make a batch file that initializes nx to the need with all the variables you need.
