international social housing design competition

polaris investment italia sgr, in name and on behalf of the ethical real estate fund "habit social1" (background as1) bans an international design contest for a social residential building intervention in via cenni a milano. the design contest is articulated in a single phase. designers must participate anonymously.
the estimated total cost of carrying out the project, including additional security charges, is Euro 15,000,000 (fifteen million) technical expenses and VAT excluded. It is clear that the project proposal that participants will have to submit will be drawn up according to the said total cost.
participation is open to architects and engineers belonging to the member states of the European Union and to the Swiss, regularly enrolled in the relevant professional orders according to the order of the state of belonging.
prizes
the winner of the contest will receive the sum of € 20,000 in advance of the compensation for the professional assignment concerning the final architectural design compensation that will be defined to private negotiation. to the 2nd grade will be
recognised the sum of 10,000 euros and the 3rd ranked the sum of 8,000 euros.
