I hope not to bother you too much with my future questions:biggrin:
I read you for a while to understand something......but:confused:
work in the dental sector with precision design cad from a
nice little years and I'm doing some exercises on rhino 4.0 and meshlab
even if with little results to try to carry out work on plants
with this beginning to ask you:
exists a meshlab manual in Italian and one on simplified rhino? ? ? ?

grz to all

I used this book "rhinoceros 3d and modeling nurbs"
of the imago editions authors daniele natti and francesco caraccia very good according to me.

Thanks I read another post where you reported it
cmq I'm trying basic things like subtraction
of two solids and pretending I try with those I create in the project
It's okay while if the amount of files doesn't make me:mad::mad:
Will it be because I'm working on the trial version??? ?

no is not a test version problem rather depends on the file type that amounts, with conversions/imports can always be problems:smile:

then to operate the extrusion of a solid created at the moment
Do I need a specific file and not a stl or an iges?? ? ?
My biggest problem is finding time to practice working over 10-12 hours a day would help me maybe start a course:4410:
evening
thanks cmq for the help

It can also work with a different signature than that of rhino, I usually never use different formats but for example sometimes I imported iges or other formats and did not have problems other times yes, it depends.

for the course certainly would help you but in time cutouts try also with always useful tutorials:wink:

Thank you:
in fact I tried precisely with the tutorials and I managed to understand the subtraction
but of elemti created by me like cubes etc.
by importing something I can't:confused:
perhaps the Boolean subtraction between a stl mesh and a polysurface does not make it
so I should at that point turn my stl or iges
I tried also with t-splines for rhino but also there I did not succeed
Is there any other program?? ? ? ? ?

as much as it is possible it is always better to work with the original formats because otherwise the problems are always around the corner, t-splines I know it little so I can not tell you anything special.
However the plug-ins for rhino are several according to me you should at first focus on rhino and then gradually switch to learn the plug-ins you think are more useful.

thanks sibillo
Sorry I only answer now but I intend to change a stl so
besides repairing mesh that I do with other programs
more I just can't and then I decided to do a course (just find someone available:finger:) to start directly from that
without going through anything else because rhino infondo is not a program
but an encyclopedia of the 3d and I just need a few chapters......
