a problem with a lick

I try to describe...

then the sheet develops on the front floor, has sideways flanges that develop parallel to the upper floor.
I would then extend the two flanges (specchiate) with a tab that must be shaped so as to copy the outer surface of a tube.

in practice this sheet must support a normal tube to itself.

How to do that?

try to make a sketch by leaning on the flange face to stretch and then extrude it by enabling "width alloy". If you have faces to move in parallel and without contours you can use "face post".
