a product file has updates problems

I have a catproduct file that at some time began to give problems during the update.
I did catdua for all single files but did not solve.
the problems that happen are two, or one or another as it turns!
first: after changing a constraint the update lasts more than a minute and then moves the pieces.
second: when the day appears an error message "impossible to update because a child element is not valid. by clicking ok an identical one appears and this for 10 times, after which it updates.
I have eliminated all the parts and constraints added after the occurrence of the problem but nothing has changed.
all my other files work perfectly and quickly.
How can I detect or blame?

It is true that when you decide for the despair of asking for help, things are resolved as of charm.
I apologize but the reason for everything is the active inertia volumes....10 I had it!!! !
