a relief that is a block if i explode it disunits from the pu

they gave me this relief but as I must proceed:
- every point (see x) should be connected to the number
- but click on the design turns out all a block
- if I explode the connection between the point and the number is diminished
- instead I would like to click on a point and see that you also select its number
- I attach the file
- How do I proceed?

the file consists of 3 blocks.
the points and texts are not "linked" or "associated" in any way or by exploding the blocks you get "swisted" points and texts.
probably the association between point, number and relative share gets it in phase of export from the total station
