abaqus frequency response

Good morning to all,
I have a doubt about an abaqus function:
Is it possible to get the frequency response chart of a point of my set?
until now I have been able to see the ways of vibrating (step: frequency) and the individual movements of each point at each frequency ( step: steady state dynamics: direct) and the only way to get a chart was to import the data into excel but it is a long operation...
Do any of you have any advice?

did you try to see the natural frequencies of vibration? I can't understand if it's what he calls eigenfrequency and what unit of measure they are (hz, rad/s).
