abaqus - problem with multiprocessor solutions

Good morning.
I realized that abaqus is being preprocessing and surante the model solution uses only one processor of the 12 I have available. the ram, however, slowly the saturation. I found a setting that I can change when I launch the job and where I can indicate the number of processors to use but nothing changes. Do you have suggestions?

I throw it there, do you have the right number of tokens to use all 12 processors? multiprocessing needs a number of licenses to unlock cpus, I can use 8 for example and not more, and having the license before the hpc I don't have the token for gpus and I can't use it ... if you have chances and enough money to pop a gpu instead of other cpus as with the parallel calculation on video card you look a lot in terms of calculation speed. a small workstation with one also two nvidia framework 2000 goes massacre of jobs. I agree with the token speech first; Also, if you launch the batch job from dos, in the command you can write cpu=xx with the number of cpus you want to use in the simulation.
