Hello everyone
I just took the termus 16; it works well but I keep reporting an error in the generator that I can't fix: The error is 3027 and tells me:
"generator for heating and acs, at the service of one or more eodc having all requirements of sanitary hot water null. "
as tips tells me 2 solutions:
- "if none of the eodc served by the generator really has a sanitary hot water requirement different from zero, it will be necessary to intervene on the extended data of the generator, card "acs", selecting in the list box "the generator does not produce acs"
-"if, on the other hand, at least one of the eodc served by the generator has a sanitary hot water requirement different from zero, it will be necessary to intervene in the "structure" of at least one of the zones belonging to the eodc to which the error is reported. for it, selecting the "acs" tab (in "structure" of the area), you will need to change the input data to assign the desired sanitary hot water requirement. "
premetto that the building in question is a normal apartment built in 2005 with a traditional boiler that also produces hot water; In theory, therefore, I should follow the second suggestion, but in any case I continue to give the same error.
would you tell me where I'm wrong and how to go around?
