accessories for forklifts

Good morning.

I have to make some accessories forklifts to move rollers from maximum 1500kg long ~3 meters only to the ends. nothing complicated (3 tubacci and two hooks brought near a welding machine and jumps out)

I just don't have it for 10 years and I have no idea what documentation should now be provided beyond attaching a tag.

Would someone be able to direct me to what kind of certifications are necessary? (if any)

are interchangeable equipment and therefore behave as if they were machines (art. 2, c2 lit. b of 2006/42/ce).
so you have to do everything you need to ensure the conformity of your equipment.
Moreover it considers that those equipment, being interchangeable, change the use destination of the car that hosts them and therefore, if the cart does not allow it, it becomes a nice problem.
