adaptable plug symbols

a question regarding the table. I created a symbol for the center plugs that after being placed can be manually adapted to the hole. I ask you if any of you have created a similar symbol that can automatically adapt to the hole on which it is placed.

on the table you cannot insert a symbol that fits the size of an object represented in sight, you must adapt it yourself.

where I work, the symbols of plug, are together with the fdu of the appropriate holes of the thorns, is a curve precisely bound to the hole, if I change the size of the hole, the curve adapts.
