add notes to assembly

Bye to all,
a beautiful thing of autocad was the ability to put notes (e.g. elastic constant and qnt of a line of springs) on the edge of the design.
I'd like to do the same thing about assembly, maybe with a ball and description as if it was a note in 3d.
Is it possible to do that?

you can also use the watermarks I find them interesting because they are released from the rotation of the model...and they are always in the foreground..if you want

Are the watermarks not just for the table?

Of course not they are more useful to me on the assemblies or parts.... .
