add-on for carpentry autocad

Good morning.
I would like to know if someone can direct me where I could find add-ons (toolbar or ribon to load ) on autocad from the 2018 release where there are symbols and parametric blocks of metal carpentry (all h or upn profiles) and mechanics (vites, bolts, etc.).

autocad mechanical integrated it. I remember that I had dwg blocks of all profiles and they were saved one by one ... we are talking about when there was autocad 2000. they were in the bookstores that were free. Maybe googuing some are found.
