add parts to the content center

I looked in the forum, but the directions I found don't do to my case.
situation, 2 pcs with inventor 2010, no vault, shared design.
center folder contained in shared network disk on server
when I access the cc icons are "clear" (read only) and if I try to add parts it blocks me.
I don't understand what I have to do, I didn't find options, and in the help it refers to adms that doesn't exist +....
It's all the pom ke I bang our head, but also with help and forum I didn't understand what to do.

if there is a cc means that somewhere (locally or on the server, depends on how you installed) the adms is there; you need to open it and access the libraries, create a new one (the original ones are read-only and hence your problem). When you access the cc editor you will need to copy a library or a family to the new read/write library created, then it will change color and you can edit.

ah, of course in the management of project files you will have to upload this new library as visible.
