good(night) to all,
I'm always here to ask for help.
I'll attach the drawing screen I'm doing. the black part is rubber and the gray part is galvanized metal.
the washer you see central is drowned in the rubber and comes from the latter for 2 mm per part.
on that metal part coming out of the rubber I have to create a fitting that starts from the outer diameter (metal) to the rubber. the problem is that being a multibody, the fitting does not. I tried to add the part collected and to make an extrusion in revolution, but unfortunately I can't snap on the edges of the rubber cylinder and so I can't intersect it to join the central cylinder.
Maybe I'm fixing too much and I can't find a solution: do you have a procedure to recommend?

Thank you all!
Where are you?

if you attach the file it would be easier to understand how you shaped and give a consistent solution.
However try to think how you would get it in reality, that is, starting from the full cylinder and returning the shape, then make a revolution cut to the 3 cylinders full
I tried to add the part collected and to make an extrusion in revolution, but unfortunately I can't snap on the edges of the rubber cylinder and so I can't intersect it to join the central cylinder.
This system can't work because then you'll find yourself with a divider to be able to assign a part to the rubber and a part to the ring

Hello, thank you for the answer and excuse for the delay... I did as recommended and everything went as it had to.. I made a cut in revolution after building the full and everything came perfectly.. I'll coach you the final product!

Hello and thank you again!!
