Bye to all,
I must realize the arms of a suspension with sw 2009 starting from the frame and wheel position.
with inventor I positioned the frame fixed on the origin and the wheel in the desired position. so I created the suspension arm as an adaptive part so that it was possible to automatically change its geometry by changing the constraints that fixed the wheel. So I took off the part, unlocked the wheel constraints and tried to move the suspension.
I tried to do the same with sw but without any result. attached there is an image of the frame and wheel with the suspension arm sketch. I tried by making a part containing a 3d sketch that reaches the attachment points on the frame and the wheel mount. However, when the wheel breaks, it moves into space without resenting the presence of the triangle that adapts continuously to the new position.
Where am I wrong?
Thank you.
Matteo
