aerodynamic analysis of a prototype sae formula

Good evening to all, I'm gypsy, student in energy.
I have to do aerodynamic simulations on the cad of a sae formula prototype created with solidworks, and I wanted to use flowsimulation. Do you think there are better programs? Can someone help me set the conditions of roughness and turbulence? ?

the advantage of solidworks for the cfd, is that he creates a fictitious volume (computational domain). with ansys or comsol, that volume you have to create, to which you have to subtract your prototype
