Dear friends
this is my first question in this forum and I hope I have not wrong session. I press that my experience with programs cad or 3d is almost nothing.
I ask you my question, hoping you will be able to help me: I have a design created with an adobe illustrtor. the file, entirely in black and white, will be used to make a glass engraving with laser cutting machine. the program provided to dialogue with the laser machine is smartcarve 4.3.
to import a vector file on smartcarve, I must export it in .dxf format with a .dxf file, I do not maintain the effects and aesthetics of a .ai file, but only the external line.
Now I was wondering, how can I ensure that the aesthetic characteristics of the vector file are exported to the .dxf file? ?
Since an image is worth more than a thousand words, here is an example:
Thank you very much x your help!
