I therefore assume that the first image is made directly from an isometric view of the 3d model, not from a shady iso view in a 2d table in this case I would say that your approach to work on that file is wrong. If you have to make some quoted representations of that piece you do it at the table. in 3d make the model and the odds should be those of sketches, which if you plan the job well, you can call directly to the table.
