align line on sketch with original element axis

I think it's a banality but I can't do it. I have to align an object according to the main triad or I have to align the dark blue line (line in the sketch) with the red line (original axis). How the hell do I do that? ? ?

Are those gray things one part?
if the green lines are the projection of entity of the gray part and the blue line is somehow hooked to the green lines, I doubt that you can align it to red rif.
I don't use that color scheme and I don't want to mislead you.
