no you can't do what you ask. the two-dimensional pdf file lacks references to the heights that the program can reinterpret and apply to its parametric elemnti. if instead the pdf is in 3d then it happens automatically, but in that case the pdf must already be realized in 3d

if the file that amounts is a pdf of a plant or anyway a pdf that comes from a cad vectorizes it ... and then you do what you want!
