for mechanical texts You don't have to use mtext, but the dedicated texts that are:
amtext3 (create a 3.5-unit high text)
amtext5 (create a high text 5 units)
amtext7 (create a high text 7 units)
these are the commands in English, but if you view the toolbar mechanical text you already have the ready icons
These are the values for scale 1:1.

important: like all other mechanical objects take the properties set in the amstandard tab. this must be set with its own working specifications within the basic dwt model.
this and all other am cards are under tools>options.
I refer to the fact that while the first tabs of the options apply to the general use of autocad the cards am only valid for that single model. if you work with native autocad files you must indicate in the amstandard tab the model file that will have to be used for mechanical mode

ok your procedure is very clear . only thing I had an old design not made with the texts of the mechanical and making amscarea on that portion kicks me everything ...I always start from a file model with the layers of mechanical .cmq tomorrow place the design and you can do the test to make amscarea putting in the layout a scale for example of 1.50 you will see that the texts are enlarged very much.

but the texts before the ambush what greatness are they? if the text has a value of 35 because in the old design it was of a scale 1:10 making the mechanical process you have 35x50=1750. It is important that the design in the model space is always 1:1 scale

I always draw 1:1 scale but the texts had not been made just .they are not annotative and have type sizes:if I use a cartiglio /block climbed 50 times the texts are 2.5x50=125 then amscarea I know that it scales them...

exactly. used to use commands for the text I have indicated to you.
to manage them I put an image, from right_
1 tab options>amstandard, double click on iso
2 where there is written standard selections character type, in the drop down below for each height set color, then click on settings in the bottom right
3 this card allows you to set all properties of mechanical objects. go to the text card and set for each text height the target layer
from ok to everything and save the model

I had already tried to modify the am3 dashboard layer changing the color in green but every time I enter in options and change something like the general scale puts it back in magenta ...cmq I don't want to assillate you. ..more than to understand tomorrow if the problem of that old design was the history of texts.thanks still

as it had been suggested the writings are already multiplied by the factor of scale. then in this case since the drawing is already set for a scale factor you don't have to select anything, but you just have to do the window in the folder to transfer it to the layout.

So I don't use the amscarea command? well I think now I have clear ideas. Sorry but they always taught me to work that way and now that I find more sheets in a file I found myself wrong.
