analysis of interlaminary tensions in classical ansys

Good evening to all,
I am a student of ing.mechanics and recently I am trying to use ansys software. I have read some of the issues exposed by other users within the forum and mine, being at the beginning, will certainly be something very trivial. :
I performed an exercise related to a beam attached to one end and loaded to the other, made of fe360 material; especially the exercise aims at the calculation of sigma and max arrow. the beam has length 600 mm, width 50 mm and thickness 10 mm. at the end is loaded with a force of 50 n.
the prof advised me to try to repeat the exercise by making the beam in composite material comparing the results obtained with the previous ones. I should also focus on the calculation of interlaminary tensions.
in this regard I used the shell element 181, creating ten blades of thickness 1 mm (to recreate the thickness of 10 mm) with the relative orientations. I read, looking on the internet, that with the shell it is not possible to analyze interlaminary tensions and that it is advisable to use solid. using the solid 185 I have problems however in the printing of the results for the different layers. (the warning refers to the keyopt(8)=0).
can you, kindly, suggest me a method to properly carry out this part of the exercise? whether to use the shell or solid and how to correctly achieve interlaminary tensions. I hope to have been clear and I thank you in advance all for possible availability in a help.

solved, maybe as soon as possible place the solution. thanks cmq to all;)

to the face to ask you had time, to post the solution no.
beautiful spirit of the forum!
