It is not a problem, but it is not even a normal thing that appears with a certain frequency, especially with parts of simple geometry.
control the setting in iproperties -> physical card -> required accuracy. The higher it is likely that the message may appear, it happened to me with a cylindrical piece but with hundreds of holes, I solved by bringing the required precision to "very high" and then bringing it back to "low".

I have another problem with inventor 2009....
if I create a normal traction spring with all parameters (also accurate as it is checked at calculation) and carry it into a stp file, this is not exported and an empty file or error is generated.. .
Can anyone know why?
