ansys 9: analisi armonica

Hello everyone

I just signed up and hope you can help me.

I just started using ansys professional 9 for harmonic analysis.
I can't (I don't know if it's possible with this version), put a load or acceleration with a known law. The only thing I can do is brush in frequency.

Can you help me?

Does anyone even know how to tell me if and how can I insert constraints with a given stiffness?
