ansys optimization

Hello.
I am doing my thesis work on ansys.I have to model and minimize the weight of a tower in travatures with unique bond the first proper frequency.
I have problems with optimizing, since after not even an iteration tells me that it does not converge.
talking to my prof the problem is that I didn't create an analysis file with the *create, name, but I simply remade to the .db file
that from what the prof tells me does not contain information on the analyses carried out and on the geometry, so in theory I should remake everything on a new file created with the created command. how do I use the .db file
to create a file that contains all the information necessary to do the optimization and then give the command *use,name???

si ansys asks you to create the file with for example:
*create, optimization
/filename, octimstrutt

and after your modeling in the pre and post processor, ansys must be able to read the file you created and use it with the command:

*use, optimization
