Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a software that allows me to do a cinematic analysis like catia dmu kinematics.
I drew my assembly in caia and passed to kinematics I realized that the constraints it has are not enough to simulate the behaviour of my cinematism.
in order to simulate it I would need to be able to apply non penetration constraints, various frictions as well as the force of gravity to the various components.
In the cinematism in question I find myself a chain that being "tired" by a toothed wheel, makes move another toothed wheel to which it is applied.
I can not use a simple striping or rolling bond, because it cannot be assimilated to a rope, nor the toothed wheel has a constant diameter.
I noticed on the net a software that could do to my case, i.e. the simwise 4d.
what I ask you and if there are applications that integrate directly to catia v5 or other applications (which I am not finding) specific that better interface (or simply are more indicated) working with that cad.
