aprire dwg in solid edge

when I open this file in solid edge opens a totally blank document...

Yeah, it should be, but when I open it, it doesn't appear.
I do: open, select the type of dwg file, then asks me to choose the template (ansi metric, uni metric etc), choose one and untemplate *.dft.
then when you open it is all white and there is nothing
