archicad 10 - window insertion

I am working on a structured project on 3 floors

- basement.
- raised
- Underwear


I put the windows and doors on the walls of the raised floor, finished the insertion I went to work on the basement plant and unexpectedly in the plant, I found the windows and the doors I had inserted in the upper floor

I checked and rechecked all the options of window editing menus and doors but there are no errors (seemly )

I put them on the raised floor at the quata + 4 meters from the base of the basement floor (I had tried first to insert them at altitude + 1 but I found them in the basement.... so I put higher heights and in the end I emsse at altitude +3.20 ( doors ), + 4.00 ( windows at altitude + 0.80 from the ceiling of the raised floor ) now in the assonometric prospetti etc. I am at the right altitude...

I just don't understand why I find them drawn on either the raised floor plan or the basement...

select the window and open the window selection settings (ctrl+t)... then go to "plant and section" in the settings drop-down and the first ke you find (plant display) select <simbolico>, so you can see the window only in the floor concerned. . .

in inserting the windows, I placed myself on the floor plan on which I have to work and I inserted the window at altitude +0.90 specificnado from the flag menu ( symbolic )

finished insertion I checked that it was not visible on the lower floor and instead there is still

I don't understand what's still missing and where I'm wrong
