architectural reliefs with android tablet

Hi to the whole forum.

I would be looking for a software that allows me to replace the classic block of sheets and pencil during an architectural relief. something so that gives me the possibility to insert the measures collected live and to give me as a result a mapping in the form of files compatible with the various cad.
In the past I tried a couple of apps that, however, did not thrill me by getting away from the idea.
I ask you therefore if you have positive experiences with these tools or if, like me, you continue to prefer the most flexible sheet of paper.
