Hello, everyone.
I'm a student of the faculty of architecture and I'm writing to you because I'm pretty desperate about how to pass the architecture technology exam. in July I tried to give it but I didn't pass it because, despite the many revisions, the tables still had errors that had never been told me especially about the construction details!! Of course, I'll try to give it back in September with the correct boards, but now I don't know if these are right! I also wanted to know if any of you could help me understand if there were any mistakes, maybe hearing us via email or in some other way so that I could pass the tables. Please help me I don't know who to ask and I don't want to make a fool again!!! thanks anyway in advance

Hello luthien,
I fear that your path is unpracticable, not because you will not find people available, but because you will probably find teachers incapable and boriotic who will tell you that your work is not good. I take you back an experience of a couple of former college colleagues who have faced the specialist; I want to point out that both work as free professionals of which one of these has 5 years of experience behind wooden constructions, the other several years on the design of metal carpentry.

examination of technology; the project had been realized in team and my two friends (see their experience) had gone the executive design part. the teacher, having seen the slides, told the first that a wooden roof is not built in that way (think that had made a similar one a few months earlier), while the second found to be redesigned on the dimensions and welds of some steel pillars. to the latter even said that the node so made would be unrealizable, and this my ex-connect provided him the photos of the same designed and already made in the yard!

with this I want to tell you that even with the advice and aids of good professionals who work in the field, if the teacher is incapable and inexperienced there is no saint who care! he will always find to be laughing on your design choices.

the likelihood of receiving help from more people increases if the boards (or possibly the details on which you have doubts) make them available here for anyone who wants to look at them, if you can/want to make them public.
Besides, you may feel different opinions and users that compare to each other on your issues, which is then the beauty of a forum eh:smile:

I honestly think that the mistakes that were there were pretty basic since I'm only in the second year. However, I thank you for your readiness and I attach the tables where I have more doubts.discuss the poor resolution and lack of imagination but I could only upload images of low quality. However what I would like to know is in particular in the first table if the coverage and attack between this and the elevation structure is correct, and if the foundation structure with the containment wall is correct. in the second table instead I would like to know the correctness of the area of the loft where I put the question mark (there goes a beam??) taking into account the plant and the cover that I put you under.of course let me know all the other errors you will find!! there are unclear situations in the roof regarding the ornamentation of the beam/solar
a) Are the main beams prefabricated or thrown into operation? in general the dimensions are indicated according to the structural calculation?
b) the beams (prefabricated) of the ceiling on which structure are supported?
