arrow not selected anymore

I made an arrow to indicate direction view.

I'm going to give more thickness to the arrow created, obviously I've unchecked selectable, and then I did

apply ok.

Now I can no longer select the arrow and delete it, but not even move it.

Can you please give me a tip?

I can't open the propie window anymore as by clicking on the arrow doesn't select it anymore.
