Unfortunately I don't see anything that I have an old version. try to stay still with your mouse at all points where you find the error icon, and see if a message appears that illuminates you on the error. Could it be a face selection problem inside the tab command? Maybe inverting faces and vertices everything works.

Hi, I'm not very practical with tabs and sunshades, but one thing that immediately jumps to my eye is that the attached components are simple parts, try to remake everything using sheet-metal, the asola command works with the sheets (at constant thickness), and even if your part is thick solidworks you don't trust and you mark it as error. I don't know if I explained.
