assialsymmetry ansys fluent

Hello everyone, I have a problem in launching a symmetrical calculation on fluent ansys, of a relatively simple 2d geometry. . .
I made several iterations first with the same geometry, selecting the planar option .... now relaunching such iterations, having selected the option axisymmetric gives me error...Do I get anything?
