Good day to all,
the other week I was contacted by a company of the Emilia Romagna exile where they realize automation lines to ask me if I was interested in covering the role in question. I didn't send the cv said they had my references.
I would like to point out that I know only the theoretical bases but I have always designed and managed clients and small working groups, never done that job for more in large medium companies.

I would like to ask you that information I cannot ask them for
1. is it worth trying this new experience?
2. more or less the picture (and pay without experience) at what level is ccnl metalmenccanico?
3. used to work 8.5-9 hours a day (10 in the "hot" periods) the times are still getting alugared? (on the internet it seems that they work and sleep without pause, I think there will be the peaks and the periods "dead" as in all the crafts can not be in perennial shooting)

I just explained that the job will become pm when they think that I learned to manage the projects independently with consequent indeterminate assumption and proper salary



Can you tell me what you think and answer my questions?

frame and pay depends on the company.
safe metal mechanics 5 level to get to the maximum executive that is 6 and 7 when you will be pm. but with the tuft that give you all that money....unless they really want to invest and make a qualitative leap.
in brianza the pm do not take stipendi big salaries....it seems to me that if you pass it well comes to 40/45 thousand per year gross. some don't miss the company car....and other things.

Thanks for the tip. So the company is a multinational company that makes industrial lines. consists of an office with a project manager for each sector: electronics, lasers, automatic systems etc...
the environment is young and promise possibilities of growth.

excuse but executive in metalmechanical are not from 7 degree up? As an assistant I would just keep what I currently have or 5.

also ask for the use of the company cad you know why? to control the progress work or why I should also design (demand that I could then do to them)


In your opinion (that I now consider you as veterans) would you recommend it as an experience? Consider that here possibility of "carrier" I don't have so many as a mechanical designer while of project manager also in my area I always see requests. . .

I think the problem is respect for time and budget, and they're both activities where it's very easy to make mistakes and the consequences of errors can be very serious.

Yes, on this I fully agree all 3 of the tasks mentioned if they have errors can be done good damage...

I'm still in doubt... On one side I'd like a new adventure, on the other I'm afraid to get out of my orticello. I'll think about it:

the period drawn however for all 3 tasks is limited. usually finished a project you have a period of "unloading"

I've been interviewing you, and I'm starting as a designer. some Saturdays, overtime etc... then project manager assistant and then you will see
I jumped to my hand another place where they make parts of engines (also from competition for f1).
They would like me to go there to follow the technical manager, redesign the parts of the engines and then take his place in a 5 years that will go away (I think retirement). the level from which departei is what I currently have in the company where I work. different benefits mentioned. 2 my friends who have been working there for more than 20 years have told me that they have never felt the crisis. I'm sixty employees.
My fear is to "stack from the plant designer." Is it worth it to you? especially now that I am looking for a place where to "stabilize" as I have put on family.
