at startup i have the message "failed to initialize visual basic for apps"

from yesterday, to me and another fellow of my studies, sw to start from this message not to restart. I have the 2017 version and he 2016. What can this be about? I've been looking all over the web since yesterday, without finding solutions... some claim to have to uninstall versions of visual basic, but that I can't find.
Does anyone have the same problem?

I uninstalled the two basic and reinstalled visual files. Now it works. Thank you!

for extended: go into the installation cd, prereqs folder, vba subfolder. Right click on vba71.msi and uninstall. same for vba71_1033.msi. a reboot and then reinstall the software entirely.

I want to thank because this morning I had the same problem and I solved it thanks to this discussion. with the only difference that I uninstalled the two vbas and immediately reinstalled them by getting the software working.
