What version of auton do you have?
What kind of processing are there in the atc file? only roughing or anything?
if there is any other you have placed limitations in the machining type selections of surfaces etc...? ? I can tell you that, however, we have to see how complicated the work is and get lost some time.
you have to import a new model (your modified) and he overwrites it and replaces it to the old model then regenerates the work! !
the problem arises if you have a zmill with surface selections or similar limits because in the new model he no longer has those surfaces before and then you have to adjust the parameters by re-selecting the surfaces in the new model
